L'assistant de pharmacie assiste le pharmaciens dans les aspects techniques du remplissage des ordonnances et des tâches administratives afin d'augmenter l'opportunité pour le pharmaciens à fournir soins aux patients. L'assistant de pharmacie est attendu pour participer à toutes les aspects opérationnelles de la Pharmacie requis d'une équipe.
Responsibilities
- Récupérer les ordonnances des patients en conformité avec les exigences réglementaires et légales ainsi qu’évaluer l’exhaustivité de l’ordonnance
- Faire fonctionner sur ordinateur selon directives données par le pharmacien
- Remplir ordonnance (toujours sous supervision du pharmacien); sélectionner produits appropriés ; suivre programme exactitude ,y compris vérification sept points ,vérification visuelle DIN ; sélectionner compter mesurer préparer produits appropriés .étiqueter disposer vérifier pharmacien obtenir approbations nécessaires renouvellements verbaux autorisés si cela est autorisé utiliser formulaires arrêt s’il y a lieu gérer tous aspects services cognitifs .
