Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
• Assist in merchandising and displaying products to attract customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Bilingual skills (English and [other language]) are an asset
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
