Job Summary:
The Repair Planner will research and examine the damages on vehicles and prepare estimates and repair plans accordingly. They will determine the costs associated with repairing, restoring, upgrading, and replacing damaged parts. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Researching and Estimating the costs and times for the repair and restoration of each vehicle.
- Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
- Negotiating fair prices
- Following automobile industry safety norms and standards
- Keeping up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies
- Meet monthly targets and objectives
- Attend all training seminars
- Customer service, which include, but are not limited to: answering all customer inquiries and explaining the complete repair process
- Minimum 5 years' experience of estimating/collision theory
- Proficient in RepairCenter, Mitchell Connect, & Audatex software systems
- Solid knowledge of the Automotive and Collision industry
- Familiar with insurance company policies & procedure
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
