Tooling Technician - Drummondville, Canada - Soucy Group
Description
Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Support production during tooling breakdowns by diagnosing the root cause of the problem
- Draw, design and assemble tools necessary to manufacture and finish various products
- Carry out various projects to improve our standard designs and components and test them in order to reduce risks during future production implementation
- Order, coordinate and receive subcomponents of moulds in production
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- DEC in mechanical engineering or any other training deemed equivalent
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Solid Edge software (a plus)
- Advanced experience reading plans
- Knowledge or interest in moulds
