- Act as a subject matter expert for tasks, policies and procedures assigned and executed within the department and be a resource person to guide and support representatives. Assist the team with completing their daily administrative tasks.
- Support supervisor by monitoring all tasks and analyzing team performance through Work manager. Ensure that all schedules are updated and assign tasks to employees.
- Support with training new hirers and auditing transactions related to day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Approve and validate refinancing of loans, payment extensions and vehicle substitutions. Process the reconciliation between internal and vendor report to ensure that all accounts in the portfolio are accurately registered.
- College diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: University diploma
- 1 to 3 years of op erations support experience
- General knowledge of credit and the automotive industry
- Oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Good understanding of call center operations, performance indicators and knowledge of the overall workflow within the Financial Services activities Negotiation skills Work schedule
- Schedules staggered in rotation from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
