    Role summary

    The Senior Operations Support representative will be responsible for supporting the supervisor, co-workers, and the operations support team in day-to-day activities. The responsibilities include to complete customer impacting tasks that require special attention for which representatives require authorization and /or additional verifications to complete the transactions.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Act as a subject matter expert for tasks, policies and procedures assigned and executed within the department and be a resource person to guide and support representatives. Assist the team with completing their daily administrative tasks.
    • Support supervisor by monitoring all tasks and analyzing team performance through Work manager. Ensure that all schedules are updated and assign tasks to employees.
    • Support with training new hirers and auditing transactions related to day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Approve and validate refinancing of loans, payment extensions and vehicle substitutions. Process the reconciliation between internal and vendor report to ensure that all accounts in the portfolio are accurately registered.

    Formal education

    • College diploma or equivalent
    • Preferred: University diploma

    Experience

    • 1 to 3 years of op erations support experience
    • General knowledge of credit and the automotive industry
    • Oral and written communication skills in both French and English
    • Good understanding of call center operations, performance indicators and knowledge of the overall workflow within the Financial Services activities Negotiation skills Work schedule
    • Schedules staggered in rotation from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
