    Spectrum Health Care is looking for Home Visiting Physiotherapists starting at over $50 per visit.
    This role will support clients in Toronto, specifically Downtown, East and West Toronto regions.

    Provides physiotherapy assessment, consultation and planned interventions for client/patients
    Implements treatment plans based on assessment, client/patient input and in conjunction with the client/patient's integrated care plan
    Regularly assesses the client/patient's surroundings to ensure that client/patients have a safe home environment e.g. recognize fall risks, hoarding – reporting concerns to the Program Manager and/or Funder
    Observes the performance of those assisting in the physiotherapy program and provides guidance as necessary
    Adheres to the code of ethics and maintains professional standards of practice as defined by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
    Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized school
    Proficiency in English both written and verbal; additional languages an asset
    Demonstrates proficiency in the use of technology (MS Office, ability to learn proprietary software)

    Valid G driver's license, third party insurance coverage must be maintained at $1,000,000.Spectrum Health Care is thrilled to be named one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
