    We are currently looking for Territory Sales Representatives to come and join our team.

    The successful candidate will come from a contract sales background, be a go-getter, uncovering new opportunities in which to sell while having the ability to develop and nurture business relationships with companies and individuals in their designated territory.

    The Sales representative's goal is to maximize revenue for their territory and the Company.

    Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. CWS provides a sales training program, which includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process, and business development strategies.

    • Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team via our Sales CRM.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Attend meeting, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
    • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
    *Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

    • Previous experience in conducting sales presentation through door to door and cold calling.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CRM System
    • Must have valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
    * bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
