- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Manages and participates in program management activities including but not limited to contract reviews, quoting, purchase order management, forecasting, revenue tracking, budgeting, and customer presentations.
- Develops program plans and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular on-site and off-site customer business reviews.
- Lead and coordinate functions and responsibilities with customer focused teams in attaining objectives.
- Manages customer expectations regarding the ongoing delivery of products and services.
- Conduct annual customer surveys for performance feedback and for future product developments.
- Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive and implement program management improvements.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Technical: A strong grasp of electronic manufacturing processes and technical requirements is essential.
- Negotiation: Experience in negotiating with customers, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison between various internal and external groups.
- Education: Degree and/or Technical Diploma in a related field and 3+ years' sales/account management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The role of the Program Manager serves as a dedicated point of contact for customers, establishing clear and consistent lines of communication both internally and externally. Acting as the voice of the customer within DSM, the Program Manager ensures customer priorities are understood and consistently executed.
The primary focus of the role is supporting the ongoing customer experience on a day-to-day basis. The Program Manager organizes, coordinates, and manages program activities to ensure goals, deadlines, technical requirements, and deliverables are met, while acting as a cross-functional bridge across departments. Through strong relationship oversight, the role supports long-term customer retention and expansion of business opportunities.
