Construction Site Supervisor

Intor Construction is a privately owned construction company, based in Toronto, whose focus is on both commercial and residential construction. We have 15+ years experience in the construction industry and have extensive experience with the construction of high end restaurants in the Toronto Core.

We are currently expanding our team to meet the demands of new business ventures.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can be part of a small team and run a jobsite's day to day operations while reporting to their project manager.

When you work with us, you will be involved in actively meeting the challenges that come with being a key player in the success of cultivating a projects success

Key responsibilities are as follows:


  • Maintain site safety
- .Open and lock up site daily

  • Works with the Project manager to assist in ordering necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Makes sure projects are aligned with agreedupon plans.
- works directly with Project Manager to ensure completion of work in a timely manner

  • Communicates with Project Managers and delivers project progress reports.
  • Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other trades.
  • Quality Control
  • Uses scheduling software to update schedules

Construction Site Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid "G" Drivers license
  • 35 years experience working in the construction industry as a Site Supervisor on commercial and residential projects
  • Proven skills in the building of strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers.
  • Must have proven strong organizational, timemanagement, problemsolving, and construction knowledge.
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to adapt to the changing business needs
  • Able to work on tools such as drills, saws and hammers daily

Salary:
$49,641.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- construction: 3 years (required)
