Description
Ensures the timely payment of receivables by reconciling customer accounts to resolve issues preventing payment. Maximizes collection goals and is prepared to discuss and escalate as per established guidelines. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Rental Reps and customers in order to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Process electronic and check payments.


The AR Coordinator ensures compliance with Christie Lites policies and procedures by following the detailed flowcharts, consulting with the supervisor when necessary, and reporting any suggested changes or improvements.


2. Maintains low outstanding receivables.


The Accounts Receivable Coordinator reduces outstanding receivables by managing daily tasks, monitoring accounts, creating payment plans, and processing payments through various methods.


3. Updates AR Manager.


The Accounts Receivable Coordinator updates the Accounts Receivable Manager by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of monthly reports, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly objectives, and providing advice on account reconciliation, analysis, reporting, and resolving issues.


4. Manages internal and external communication.
The AR Coordinator is responsible for managing both internal and external communication.

This includes effective communication with representatives and customers to facilitate desired outcomes, maintaining strong relationships with department heads and representatives, and working with multiple collection agencies to ensure top outcomes and rates.

Additionally, the coordinator must respond in a timely fashion to legal notices.

Based on experience the starting pay for this position ranges between $20-22/hr
