- Provide business guidance to operational leaders to help them reach financial and operational objectives, offering recommendations to enhance performance and progress.
- Oversee all facets of operational finance for the assigned program(s).
- Offer senior-level financial support to a business segment of program managers, assisting with the preparation and analysis of complex project financial data and other business tasks.
- Manage the month-end financial close process, including revenue recognition, cost accruals, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with accounts receivable as needed during the billing process.
- Track billing status and address unbilled issues, collaborating with finance, contracts, accounting, and PMO teams to resolve them promptly.
- Contribute to new business opportunities in the business segment by developing and supporting pricing strategies and cost volume analysis.
- Work with program managers to create and maintain monthly and annual program financial forecasts.
- Create and present financial reports in a clear, professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between operations and other administrative support departments on financial matters.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as needed.
- CPA with minimum 6 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing a team of 2 or more with potential to grow
