About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Solutions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in regards to our flexible packaging solutions.

• Act as a product knowledge expert for flexible packaging, responding to sales leads, scheduling customer calls to cover all questions and concerns, updating the CRM system throughout the process;

• Respond to sales leads, answering client questions and concerns in a timely way;

• Walk new customers through the process of customized packaging, having them complete forms to be used for quoting purposes;

• Sending quotes to customers, creating Sales Orders, receiving approvals, requesting deposits;
