Measure and cut materials to the required dimensions
Assemble and secure components using hand tools and power tools
Ensure proper alignment and fit of installed items
Test installed equipment to ensure proper functioning
Make adjustments and repairs as needed
Clean up work area after completion of installation

Previous experience in installation or related field preferred
Knowledge of drywall, caulking, and other maintenance person skills
Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Experience in construction painting is a plus

Requirements:

High attention to detail and precision in work
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
