Job summary
Nurse Next Door seeks a qualified Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Care Designer. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive business results while delivering exceptional client experiences.Responsibilities
- Conduct Caring Consults and develop personalized care solutions for clients.
- Achieve a 90% consult conversion rate and build relationships with community leaders and referral partners.
- Attend First Visits, conduct supervisory visits, and implement individualized care plans.
