Quality Control Supervisor".


What you do:

• Plan, organize and oversee the QC testing of raw materials and products
• Organize and prioritize sample testing
• Manage specification development, test method development and new method approval.
• Perform OOS investigations to resolve noncompliant testing
• Qualification and calibration of testing equipment
• Compose and ensure SOPs are in compliance to meet the standards of GMP
• Release of raw materials and products after QC testing compliance
• Approval of specifications & leads training programs for quality staff
• Expertise in applicable GMPs (NNHPD, 21CFR111), Food Safety (HACCP) and SQF.
• Support all Quality compliance processes to interface effectively with operations using current best practice methods.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a quality systems / continuous improvementrelated field in a GMP regulated Manufacturing environment (i.e. natural health product, pharma or food industries).
• Minimum bachelor's degree in the Sciences (e.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food, Microbiology)
• Knowledge and understanding of calibration concepts.
• Passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Very strong oral and written communication skills
