Description
We are hiringResponsibilities:
- Lead a crew of 3 to 4 members following our company's protocol and values
- Perform tree removal, tree trimming and other tree care services according to industry standards
- Work with various pieces of equipment such as aerial lifts, cranes, wheel loaders and traditional climbing and rigging equipment
- Ensure safety of all equipment and PPE through daily inspections
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in the tree removal industry with experience working with chainsaws, rigging, technical removals, aerial lifts, cranes, chippers and all associated equipment
- International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification
- Physically capable of performing strenuous work including but not limited to: lifting 50+ lbs, crouching, kneeling, climbing and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week
- Reliable transportation to and from our yard in Russell ON
- CPR and first aid training
- DZ license
Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal
Salary:
$30.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
