Calling all pet lovers Global Pet Foods in South East Oakville (Cornwall Rd location) is looking to expand our team We are seeking an individual who is passionate about animals and their well being.

As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with their pet care needs and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

You will be responsible for providing product information, assisting with product selection, and offering expert advice on pet care.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Opening or closing of the store
Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized assistance and advice on pet products and care.
Develop a deep understanding of the products available in the store, including pet food, toys, grooming supplies, and accessories, to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
Actively participate in sales campaigns, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
Accurately handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and provide customers with receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure that products are properly displayed.
Offer information and guidance on pet care, including feeding, grooming, and general health and wellness.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues or concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
