About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely from home.

Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.


About you:

You are a mature administrative professional who is familiar with working and supporting senior leaders on sensitive topics.

You are known for your organizational skills and ability to track details and documents in a collaborative and high-volume environment.


You have a keen eye for detail:
you are disciplined and enjoy routine with your workload. You are technology adept and data-interested.

You are seeking a role in a professional setting where you can partner with People & Culture managers and business partners on various project and administrative needs of the department.


About you / qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in business, human resources or other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Advanced user of Excel, OneNote, and full Microsoft suite
  • Familiarity and keen understanding of technology and databases/HR Systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong transcription skills with a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

About the day-to-day:


  • Manage administrative activities, timelines and tasks to ensure proper prioritization for the People & Culture managers and business partners
  • Manage day to day Excel tracking and reporting from HRIS
  • Manage tracking of sensitive documentation and correspondence in a wellorganized and efficient manner
  • Manage calendars and scheduling of varying complexity; coordinate and prioritize meetings inperson and across multiple time zones using a variety of online meeting platforms
  • Provide point of contact support for employee inquiries, liaise with P&C managers and business partners for correspondence assistance
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Support integration of department technology tools with one another and with the organization's enterprise tools
  • Assist with projects relating to the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain a wellorganized filing and backup system
