- Build trust and rapport with community members through regular meetings, events, and cultural activities.
- Collaborate with the Indigenous Implementation Committee to develop strategies for community engagement and collaboration.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related administrative role or equivalent experience working within an Indigenous organization or government department.
- In-depth understanding of the social, economic, and historical context of BC's Indigenous peoples.
- The ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences using multiple formats (e.g., presentations, reports).
