The role


We're looking for a
remote Business Development professional Consultant who will guide Predictable Revenue clients to predictable pipeline and predictable revenue through leading outsourced business development teams, consulting, strategic advising, and the development of actionable playbooks.

What you'll do
You'll be responsible for the next objectives, in the same order:

Run internal business development "pods" for your assigned clients by conducting market research, creating/testing/iterating business development strategies and plays, and directing SDR managers and SDRs to execute.

Deliver complete consulting engagements designed to help clients achieve predictable pipeline and revenue through live client calls and offline research and playbook creation

Maintain a minimum average CSAT score of 7, while aiming for an average CSAT score of 9 or above

Encourage upsells & extensions from existing clients to increase revenue per customer and receive uncapped commission

Contribute to internal playbook-building, engagement design, and processes to help continually improve service delivery

Continue to refine and enhance your sales and sales development knowledge by listening to podcasts, reading books and blog posts, and attending webinars and events produced by Predictable Revenue and other industry leaders
