Job summary

We are hiring Implementers (Developmental Support Workers, Behaviour Therapists) who bring more than crisis response—individuals who understand trauma, value emotional regulation, and have the resilience to engage youth with complex needs.
You will work directly with clients aged 12–17 in our group home and the community,
implementing individualized support strategies under the supervision of a clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement trauma-informed behavioural and emotional support plans.
  • Engage in therapeutic rapport-building through conversation, games, shared activities,
  • Take detailed data and documentation to support treatment planning.
