General Labourer - Processing
Responsibilities:
- Manually cuts, washes, dries, weighs and pack fruits and vegetables.
- Must be willing to work in different departments as required packing, hand cutting, slicing, dicing, washing etc.
- Dry product when deemed necessary.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and ensure all tasks are completed in the right quantities and in a timely manner.
- Keep work area and equipment clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- English level A1: Beginner/elementary is the minimum requirement for this role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
- Must be able to work within a cold environment for extended periods of time.
- Able to continuously stand on your feet for an eight hour shift.
- Must be able to work 6 days a week
- Sunday to Friday.
- Capable of physical labour and heavy lifting up to 60lbs.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
