Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Hand to join our team.

The Yard Hand will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the yard, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.


Duties:


  • Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Operate loader and skid steer to move materials within the yard
  • Organize and maintain the yard to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Perform general maintenance duties as needed
  • Support operations including order picking, shipping, and receiving
  • Deliver aggregates to customers
  • Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:


  • Prior experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in operating loaders, skid steers and other yard equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
  • Knowledge of order picking processes and operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with loading truck
  • Mechanical knowledge is an asset
  • Clean Drivers License is a must

Job Types:

Pay:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
