Your responsibilities will include:


  • Keeping wellinformed on funding opportunities and resources, and liaising with agencies, collaborators, industry sponsors and faculty
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops and seminars
  • Editing funding content, updating CV's and generating reports

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years' relevant research administration experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian funding opportunities and the ability to provide relevant information and resources
  • Knowledge of the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and its affiliated hospital partners
  • Experience maintaining digital platforms and working with survey tools
  • Experience coordinating event logistics and supporting committees and research initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Qualtrics, RedCapand Survey Monkey
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet the demands of a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
