We are advancing medical education to better support our community of learners, including patients, students, residents, fellows and faculty.Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping wellinformed on funding opportunities and resources, and liaising with agencies, collaborators, industry sponsors and faculty
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops and seminars
- Editing funding content, updating CV's and generating reports
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum three years' relevant research administration experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian funding opportunities and the ability to provide relevant information and resources
- Knowledge of the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and its affiliated hospital partners
- Experience maintaining digital platforms and working with survey tools
- Experience coordinating event logistics and supporting committees and research initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Qualtrics, RedCapand Survey Monkey
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer focus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet the demands of a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
