Job brief


Under the authority of the operations department, the trainer offers in-store and in-house support during the deployment of technological solutions.


He trains users on the use of the systems and writes various documents in support of learning; whether by videoconference or on site (requires travel).


Generic responsibilities

  • Train users on the use of SMS and its modules
  • Collaborate with business units to achieve objectives
  • Write and follow up on various administrative documents

Specific responsibilities

  • Target external and internal training needs and create training
  • Provide training to users instore or via phone
  • Participate in internal training for the sake of continuous improvement
  • Provide posttraining followup and collect customer feedback
  • Inform customers of delays and unforeseen events that may affect them
  • Travel across Canada with our customers
  • Stay on top of system corrections and changes
  • Develop an action plan to address client concerns
  • Assist business units and support when taking C2 calls
  • Write and keep training manuals up to date
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical difficulties and participate in the continuous improvement of the training offered
  • Participate in various meetings and evaluations
