Norstar prides itself in providing a market-leading product that is exceptional on every level. To do this, we need an exceptional team. We are currently seeking to hire a General Labourer for our Paint / Wash Bay department


Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday - 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (4-10 hour shifts)


Responsibilities of the Job:

The General Labourer will be expected to perform a variety of different tasks throughout their shift as required/assigned.

One of the main duties of this position will be to provide assistance to the Paint / Wash Bay department by hanging, moving and preparing parts and productions for the paint line or wash bay.

They will also assist with locating parts that require paint or washing as required.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment or similar role would be an asset
  • Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools is an asset
  • Eager to learn and coachable
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in fast pace environments
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and lift items above shoulder level is required
  • Steel toed shoes are mandatory for the shop floor
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime if required
