What you'll do

As soon as the deal is signed, we are assigned to create customer success by offering the right learning resources, aligning strategically with executive sponsors & project steering to ensure a seamless implementation experience.

Additionally, we also track compliance to increase both organic growth and enable customers to enhance their landscape with value added solutions until a contract will be renewed by a satisfied customer that overachieved the value expected from our solutions.


The primary task is to ensure that customers are successful with their adoption of SAP BTP & Analytics Cloud products so that we can leverage growth potentials and help customer scale and strategically enhance their business models.


We would like to involve you as an active member of our team in our global processes and operational work.

You will;

  • Shadow the BTP Customer Engagement Global Process Excellence Lead and the Global Team for Regional Execution of BTP Adoption Support the Global Process Excellence Lead in defining our SAP BTP CSP Role strategy, activities and requirements when it comes to Tools and Technologies.
  • Optimize and document our daytoday work and the SAP BTP CSP processes to support our effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate the SAP BTP CSP Process Excellence & Tooling open office hours
  • Drive internal special projects with moderate complexity to promote and support the Pivoting to Consumption strategy of the SAP BTP CSP team.
  • Support consumption KPI data analysis, including preparing the data and analysing it to provide insights about adoption patterns to the leadership.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly report of the consumption KPI to SAP Executives.
  • Agree on a mutual plan with both on short
- & long-term goals for your phase of practical involvement

  • You are a critical thinker, with the ability to identify roadblocks and solve them bringing the right input and teams together.
  • Preferred fields of study: Having IT, business strategy, business development or post sales interests and skills
  • Analytical skills: you can produce and interpret reports and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful and actional steps and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and comfort working across functions, seniority level, culture, and time zones in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools, like Power Point, SharePoint and MS Teams. Must be proficient in Excel, including Power Query. SAP Analytics Cloud knowledge is a plus.
