Health Care on Yates is a Nurse Practitioner led clinic that offers full family primary health care to residents of Victoria.
As a vital member of this health care team you will be responsible for many of the day to day administrative, clerical, and scheduling tasks, including interacting with clients in person, virtually, and by phone.
You will be the welcoming first face, or voice, of our clinic and integral to building relationships with clients, families, and other organizations in our community.
We are looking for someone who aligns with our clinic values of Inclusivity, Respect, Equity, Collaboration and Safety.Preferred Qualifications (though willing to train the right person): Education, training, and experience
- Grade 12 education
- Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant Course (or relevant experience)
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
- Experience working with a culturally diverse patient population
- Experience with electronic medical records, preferably MedAccess
