- Leading the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, including executing sales technology solutions and developing automation of sales administration to promote sales growth.
- Managing sales technology solutions and tracking progress to ensure the National Sales Distribution teams are utilizing efficient processes and resources.
- Overseeing the development, creation and review of client and sales information activities to support change management initiatives and enhance the adoption of new deliverables.
- Implementing technical solutions to improve client engagement and sales incentive plans to support operational goals and Sales Distribution strategies.
- Coaching and developing your team, recruiting, and selecting talent, managing, and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.
- You build trusting relationships and provide feedback to enable the successful development of your team and colleagues.
- You foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience.
- You facilitate the adoption of change and create a high-performance culture through alignment of your team's work with organizational goals.
- You successfully convey messages and demonstrate openness to exploring alternative points of view.
- You use critical thinking to guide decision making and apply a strategic mindset to adjust business plans based on shifting priorities.
- You have two years of experience leading projects and teams, including experience in sales technology solutions, developing and implementing productivity metrics and optimizing efficiencies.
- You have post-secondary education in Systems, Process Development or Client Experience.
- You hold a personal insurance license from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
- You have expert knowledge of change management strategies that maximize efficiencies and enhance sales team adoption.
- You have working knowledge of Agile project methodology.
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
