Responsibilities:

Perform thorough Skin Analysis and Consultation for clients
Demonstrate Advanced Service and Product knowledge
Recommend and select personalised Skin Treatment Plan for customers based on their individual needs
Recommend products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers
Collaborate with the team, Branch Manager and Sales Manger to achieve branch monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

Two to Five years of experience in a relevant area of sales and in cosmetic industry
Passion for Cosmetic, Health and Beauty Industry
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build trust and relationship for new and existing clients
Ability to do thorough Skin Consultation and prescribe appropriate and personalised Skin treatment
Ability to sell long term skin treatment packages and sell product based on individual needs
Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
Team Player and Goal Oriented
Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
Time management and high closing sales rate
Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
