Real Estate Sales Representative - Toronto, Canada - RAD Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through coldcalling, networking, and lead followup
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents & clients
- Exceed sales targets
- Stayupto date on competition and market trends
- Collaborate with Administration and Marketing departments
- Flexibility to shift gears in a fastpast environment and ability to work independently with mínimal direction
- Have thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of preconstruction developments
- Have great attention to detail, and follow up skills via phone
- Strong closing skills a must
- Provides exceptional buyer experiences to existing and potential buyers
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with CRM or other related database management systems
- Working weekends are required
- Work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma
- Licensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience with preference to experience selling highrise preconstruction condominiums.
- Strong and proven track record of preconstruction highrise sales working on a multitude of successful sales projects
- Must be self
- Motivated and results driven
- Have excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Must have strong relationships of platinum, VIP and other real estate agents focusing on preconstruction condominiums
- Possess a sense of urgency, accountability and job ownership
- Strong planning, researching and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project.

Experience:
Real Estate Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
