Business Banking Divisional Office supports front-line Business Bankers in the pursuit of overall business goals.

Divisional Office works closely with key stakeholders across the organization and includes Product Groups, Operations, Sales Strategy & Support, Colleague and Customer Experience, Change Management, Communications, Governance & Control, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Transformation, and Strategy Enablement.

Divisional Office teams are responsible for various strategic projects and initiatives.


The Customer and Colleague Engagement Strategy team supports Performance Management (Performance Eco-System, Banker Confidence, Reward & Recognition, and Legendary Experience Index), Communications and Change Management for our client facing businesses.

Ultimately, the strategy will elevate our customer and colleague experience and meaningfully accelerate achievement of Our Quest.


Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the intern will work closely with the colleague engagement and experience teams to assist with the delivery of programs and initiatives:

Reward & Recognition

  • TD Appreciate: Reporting Analysis of usage within BB with goal to target ways to increase usage
  • Summit Awards: compile quarterly statistics, aid in quarter end processing
  • Employee appreciation planning and execution of tactics
  • Early Take Your Kids to Work Day planning and execution of tactics to prepare for the fall

Conference Planning:

- manage project planning associated with fall conferences and town halls


Community Relations:

- liaise effectively with Senior Manager and peers for effective of community initiatives BB undertakes across the country.
- compile Community Support report for donations, sponsorships


Requirements:


  • Selfstarter with demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently and as part of a high performing team
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels in a constructive manner
  • Personal integrity in order to manage access to sensitive information
