ADP recrute un directeur ou une directrice, Stratégie de service et transformation. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe Stratégie et exploitation d'ADP. Elle apportera son soutien à l'équipe de direction de la prestation de services d'ADP afin de définir l'orientation stratégique de la prestation de services et de la mettre en œuvre.Le ou la titulaire de ce poste sera notamment responsable de diriger les initiatives de transformation numérique, de suivre les principales tendances sectorielles, concurrentielles et technologiques ainsi que d'analyser de gros volumes de données afin de synthétiser l'information et formuler des recommandations claires et concises.
La personne retenue mettra à profit son esprit visionnaire et sa capacité à voir grand pour permettre à la prestation de services de repousser les limites et d'atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
Enfin, elle mettra à profit son esprit critique et pratique pour collaborer avec ses partenaires d'affaires et mettre à exécution des initiatives stratégiques, et définir et mettre en œuvre un plan de réalisation de la valeur.
