Our online platform supports agents and their clients with a place where everyone can come together to coordinate and manage these transactions collaboratively.

Transactly provides real estate technology and transaction coordination services that shorten the amount of time it takes to close a real estate transaction.

What we Need

In this role, you'll do what transaction coordinators do best - assist real estate agents with the pre-listing and contract-to-close process.

This is a ground floor opportunity to be part of the first nationwide coordination service, powered by a proprietary transaction coordination technology platform.

This is a fully remote position.


What you'll do

• Provide transaction coordination services for clients procured by Transactly
• Provide listing coordination services for clients procured by Transactly
• Provide input to shape the features of our technology platform
• Other projects and tasks as assigned

What you have

• 2+ years of real estate experience as a transaction coordinator or realtor specializing in residential real estate
• Comfortable learning to work with contracts from other states
• Strong knowledge of state and local real estate documents
• Highly organized, and strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently, and possess a strong sense of urgency
• Must have technical savvy, and be able to use technology to your advantage

Compensation

• 1099/Pay per transaction
• E&O Insurance provided
