Bramgate Volkswagen is seeking a Parts Manager to join their team in Brampton ON Canada. The successful candidate will lead the parts team delivering outstanding customer service and parts knowledge while promoting the Dealership and Parts department to build new sales.Responsibilities include recruiting training coaching mentoring supervising staff ensuring smooth operations of the Parts Department handling telephone inquiries providing quotations receiving orders for retail wholesale clientele responsible for business development negotiating agreements managing wholesale parts business working with external representative promoting benefits upselling OEM parts to new existing clients managing inventory planning control purchasing budget forecasting sales tracking reporting managing expenses collaborating with management on marketing promotion plans providing superior customer service internally externally working in partnership with Store Managers employees to maximize store sales presence maintaining safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary college courses or equivalent relevant dealership industry experience at least five years experiences with luxury vehicle parts in a supervisory management role relevant experiences in a luxury vehicle dealership ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment excellent customer service skills interpersonal organizational communication skills computer literate proficiency using basic programs such as Windows Outlook Reynolds strong knowledge of retail sales principles methods practices techniques strong problem identification objection resolution skills able to build maintain lasting relationships customers exceptional verbal communication presentation skills able to perform basic calculations mathematical figures ability work individually part team high level integrity work ethic.
