Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the mortgage process, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Ensure all mortgage files are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the mortgage team to facilitate timely and smooth mortgage funding.
• Follow a defined process designed to optimize the client experience and uphold company standards.
• Utilize the latest technology to streamline the mortgage process and enhance client interactions.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating strong problemsolving skills.
• Maintain a high level of organization, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in mortgage operations or a related field.
• Postsecondary education is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using the latest technology and mortgage software.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative team environment.
