Position Summary:

  • The role of Marketing Coordinator presents the opportunity to work on the leading investment brokerage team in Western Canada and play an integral part of some of the largest, most recognized, and most complex commercial real estate transactions in North America. The Marketing Coordinator's primary objective is to provide support to the Marketing Director and assist in the execution of the property marketing and communications process, while at the same time, working independently and taking ownership over the projects assigned.

As part of NIT, you will work with team members across Canada and will be exposed to some of Canada's leading investment professionals.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator are as follows:

  • Oversee, develop and execute complete marketing campaigns for more complex property listings, including print and multiple digital media components;
  • Maintain marketing schedules for multiple projects running concurrently and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are completed on time and on budget;
  • Lead the planning and creation of marketing and communications strategies for the marketing of specific property listings and expanding business for a dedicated team;
  • Liaise and negotiate with a variety of thirdparty service providers, such as photographers and commercial printers.
  • Update and assist in maintaining LinkedIn profiles for several team members weekly;
  • Update and maintain team website;
  • Carry out special projects and assignments as required;
  • Create power point slide presentations as required;
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Superior writing skills and exemplary attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, is a requirement. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Keen eye for design and layout
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Exceptional research skills considered an asset
  • Reliable and committed team player
  • Consistent track record, demonstrated timely delivery of marketing projects
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to accommodate a full schedule and demanding work environment, while managing multiple overlapping projects from conception through to completion
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and oversight
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language is required

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Real Estate, or related fields;
