Location - Scarborough, Ontario Area

Pay Rate:
Varies per Visit

This position requires the individual to have a strong understanding of commercial cleaning for various smaller locations and proven sales skills.

This is not a position where you can learn about the cleaning industry,

you must have pre-existing commercial cleaning knowledge.

Job Description Summary
We have an opportunity for a Contract Sales Representative for commercial cleaning.

Properties of the Position:

Passionate, Sales experience (a priority).
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective communication and people skills.
Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals.
The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals.
Must be able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing customers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software Applications and any necessary apps.
Janitorial/Commercial cleaning experience is mandatory.

This is an as needed basis position.

A specific compensation package has been developed for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to communicate in English
Must be able to follow directions, to work with mínimal supervision, and to function cooperatively
Must have a vehicle and a valid Drivers License
Ability to listen to potential clients with a positive attitude
Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy
