Description
Equipment World Sudbury is looking for an experienced Accounting and Office Manager to oversee day-to-day financial, administrative and management operations, acting as a liaison between staff, management, and other EWI locations.
We are looking for an individual with significant financial, administrative, and management experience to support our TEAM.The Perks:

Responsibilities will include:
- Working with Sudbury branch manager and corporate controller
- Oversee and direct accounting functions within the Sudbury branch lead SAGE use
- Assist with all aspects of accounting procedures, including month end
- Oversee and ensure proper flow of Accounts Receivable / Payable and inventory control
- Lead policy and procedures within the office
- Assist and resolve accounting and procedural issues as required
- Manage all accounting and data reporting as required
- Authorizing all credit request, employee expenses
- Ensuring proper audit trail is followed
- Assist HR with onboarding, employee performance reviews
- Lead JHSC and oversee health and safety committee
- Liaise with various department within company, including different locations
- Actively contribute to Management Team
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is an asset
- 2 + Years Supervisory/Managerial Administrative experience
- Experience using SAGE, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook
Hours of Work:
FT Permanent 40 hours per week
