ABM College is currently looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and highly creative College Administrator.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing student services, academics, and faculty research at colleges and universities
  • Managing budgets
  • Coordinating academic and nonacademic programs, such as student services, financial aid, residential life, social programs, housing, and counselling
  • Overseeing curriculum choices, student admissions, and student recruiting
  • Counselling students professionally
  • Coordinating schedules
  • Recruiting new teaching staff
  • Evaluating faculty positions
  • Serving on committees
  • Overseeing directors, such as housing directors and athletic directors
  • Preparing transcripts
  • Collecting tuition and fees
  • Preparing statistical reports for governments and educational agencies
  • Ensuring students meet requirements for graduation
  • Planning commencement ceremonies

Education and Skills Requirements:


  • Bachelors in education or related field
  • 510 years experience working in a college/university setting
  • Resultsdriven, selfmotivated, and detailoriented.
  • Strong organizational, research, and accuracy skills.
  • Sharp listening skills and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
  • Committed to quality and a thorough approach to the work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
