We are looking for Project Manager who will be assigned to several projects simultaneously and will manage each project from beginning to closeout.

Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Team/Estimators with pricing, walkthroughs, bid submittals of new/extra work
Preparation for commencement of start of new job, including all documentation and requirements are met
Liaison between field and the operations/scheduling department
Liaison between engineering department and field
Track productivity and financial targets
Preparation and submittals of extra work pricing and pricing breakdowns/backup
Provide customer service to customer contacts
Ensure all work performed is captured, priced, submitted to customer and billed by Accounts Receivable team

Qualifications:

Strong administrative skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Persistent and selfmotivated
Takes ownership of job tasks and responsibilities
Good customer service attitude
Technological knowledge and experience, specifically a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience in construction industry required years); experience with scaffolding industry a plus
