'''Duties'''- Organize and manage physical and digital files
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with sorting, scanning, and shredding documents as needed
- Ensure all files are labeled correctly for easy retrieval
- Support other administrative staff with clerical tasks as required
- Proven experience as a file clerk or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to proofread documents for errors
- Experience with phone systems and customer support is beneficial
Salary:
From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
