Job summary

The Student People Services Administrator provides administrative support to the Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in a professional office environment. This role supports daily HR operations through data entry, document management, scheduling, and general administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR and benefits systems
  • Assist with administrative processing including new hires, employee changes, and documentation updates
  • Organize, scan, and file confidential employee records in accordance with retention guidelines
  • Respond to routine internal inquiries and direct requests as appropriate
