Description

Company & Program Overview
We are a caring, creative, and accountable academically driven learning centre transforming education for our students and our community. We are dedicated to excellence, endless passion for learning and community partnership.

At BallMatics Academy, we recognize the integral value of quality education as a founding requirement for each student's future success.

The BallMatics program, is a movement-based academic program that combines basketball with STEM curriculum. This is done by pairing athletic skill building with corresponding mathematic activities.

The athletic centre where this program lives, located in Toronto at Dupont and Dovercourt, is a hub for athletic and academic development of youth aged 4 to 18.

Programming delivery is supported by students attending our partner school Uchenna Academy.

These students are able to gain valuable work experience while completing their volunteer hours and then are given an opportunity to continue employment on the staff team while they continue their studies.

The BallMatics program ensures that each participant reaches their personal best using a creative, innovative, and fun approach.

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and ready to take initiative individual to take the BallMatics program to the next level.

This role will report to the Operations Manager and will include a variety of independent and team player tasks.

You will lead program organization, development, and growth as we look to expand and deepen the impact of programs offered.
