Maintenance Coordinator
We are looking to expand our Maintenance team.

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee vendor coordination, drive plant improvement initiatives, manage maintenance purchase orders, and ensure the optimal functioning of systems and equipment through the completion of preventive maintenance schedules.

Proactively prevent equipment issues through Maintenance Coordination.
Implement new CMMS software startup for enhanced efficiency.
Manage Maintenance Purchase Orders seamlessly.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement optimization.
Lead plant improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
Enforce strict safety protocols across maintenance activities.
Operate and test systems for optimal functionality.
Schedule and monitor maintenance staff for timely task completion.
Troubleshoot system and equipment problems proactively.
Ensure maintenance operations meet and exceed standards.

Qualifications/Desired Characteristics

Engineering Background
Good communication skills
Excellent Computer skills
Time Management
Good organizational skills
Experience with maintenance
Knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD software
