Responsibilities:
- Calendar management.
- Document preparation and management.
- Computer word processing.
- Interact with customers, potential and existing clients.
- Process mail and data entry.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain policies and procedures.
Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
