Are you a talented and versatile drywaller with exceptional painting and carpentry skills? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Restoration Technician.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to transforming spaces in Ottawa.

Responsibilities:

Perform drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing with precision and attention to detail.
Execute painting projects ensuring smooth surfaces
Utilize carpentry skills to install, repair, or replace trim, molding, doors, and windows as required.
Prepare surfaces for painting or drywall installation, including sanding, priming, and patching.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Evaluate project requirements, materials, and measurements accurately for cost estimation and ordering.

Requirements:

Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
Proficient in painting techniques and color mixing with an eye for detail.
Solid carpentry skills, including trim installation, molding, door/window repairs, and general woodworking.
Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials when necessary.
Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
