Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant program and a minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office
• Proven computer skills and experience with Accuro Office Program an asset
• CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide a positive first impression to customers.
• Strong administrative skills

Job Description:

• Perform all aspects of front office duties, such as receiving and directing all calls, preparing patient charts, and maintaining patient records, working with suppliers and companies providing services to the clinic.
• Work independently and as part of the team
• Great patients and start the admission process
• Ordering products and ensuring necessary items for procedures are available in the clinic.
