Job Description:
Uni-Select Inc. is Canada's leader in the distribution of automotive parts, tools and equipment to the automotive aftermarket.

We are currently in an exciting growth phase delivering strong financial results including operating over 75 corporate stores with the goal of continuing to increase that number through acquisitions across Canada, the United-States and the Great-Britain.

Your main responsabilities:

Plan and coordinate all inbound activities including in order to meet or exceed Distribution Center (DC) objectives.

Maintain / exceed performance metrics (KPI:
productivity, quality, inventory level, service level, etc

Liaise with internal depts. regarding outbound discrepancies
Promote and support a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with governmental regulations;
Assist in the training of new employees and the ongoing training of existing employees to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded;
Focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met;
Communicate with team members regarding operational issues providing effective feedback
Act as a leader and as a coach with employees by encouraging continuous improvement and supporting an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience with warehouse management system (WMS), RF Units, ERP
Certified in the safe operation of counter balance, reach trucks and walkie riders
Ability to adapt and lead in a constantly changing environment
Capacity to work under pressure for meeting customer needs
Strong leadership skills, which include the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team;
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
