Your Role:

Filing: Keep our service records in perfect order, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.

Answering Phones: Be the welcoming voice of Sherwood Motorcars. Help customers with their questions, schedule service appointments, and connect calls to the right team members.

General Clerical Duties: Tackle a variety of office tasks, from data entry to managing mail and keeping track of supplies.


What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Skills: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help. Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both spoken and written.
